Timely loan repayments are mandatory, and failure to meet payment obligations may result in legal action and credit bureau reporting.

Your information is used for service provision, credit assessment, regulatory compliance, and marketing (with consent). We implement robust security measures to protect your data and do not sell personal information to third parties.
EP Capital's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
EP Capital operates under the supervision of relevant Kenyan financial regulatory authorities. We comply with all applicable banking laws, microfinance regulations, and anti-money laundering requirements. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws when using our services.
